The Easy Way to More Fruits and Vegetables

The first piece of advice I give each and every one of my health coaching clients is…

Eat more fruits and vegetables! You want to lose weight? More fruits and vegetables. Hoping to boost your immunity? More fruits and vegetables. You want help with your chronic disease/fatigue/depression? More fruits and vegetables. Yes, I’m sorry, your mother was right about this one.

But this can also be one of the most difficult things to do!

I have been approached by many different supplement companies trying to get me to promote their products, and I have always said no because of their ingredient lists. How can I teach about unprocessed food, and then try to sell you something full of crazy chemicals? Sorry, it’s not going to happen.

The flavor of Balance can be a little strong. While you can definitely drink it straight, I love to add it to my morning smoothie. It adds the perfect amount of berry flavor without being too strong.
