Do you ever feel stressed?
Imagine for just a moment that you are lying on a beach on a tropical island. You have your toes in the warm sand and you are halfway through your favorite book. You have nothing on your schedule for the rest of the day, and the only sound is the quiet rush of the waves as they reach the shore. All stress in your body melts away into the sand as muscles loosen and unwind.
Stress is always going to be a part of life, and it can dramatically influence our health, and even our weight!
Unfortunately, I can’t buy you a beautiful beach vacation to help relieve that stress, but thankfully there are many things we can do in our own homes (or cars, or offices, or anywhere we happen to be) that can reduce stress levels and get us feeling good again.
