Unprocessed January Free Healthy Habits Challenge
Happy new year! I am so excited about all the awesomeness coming in 2018, and I can’t wait to share it with all of you. Can you feel all the good coming our way? I sure can!
I want you to start this year off right by treating yourself well!
To help with that, I give you January’s free Healthy Habits Challenge, Unprocessed January! I had originally planned for the challenge this month to be focused on exercise, but it didn’t feel right and I have been receiving so many questions lately from you guys wondering what exactly you should be eating. How can you know what is healthy? What can you eat instead of those things you’ve been used to eating for years?
This challenge is going to answer those questions for you.
Each week this month you will have a separate mini-challenge. For example, one week we will focus on replacing those bottled salad dressings in your fridge with a homemade (and more delicious) option. The next week we will work on replacing something else. By the end of the month you will have an arsenal of recipes to help you feed your family well and nourish your body, all without those yucky, processed options.
Cutting processed foods is what helped me lose 70 pounds, and keep it off for almost six years. I know this can help you too!
